Substitution Policy

Flower arrangements are handmade, and as such no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fill your orders as closely as possible to the pictures from which you are ordering from. In some cases a city or region may not have some items in stock that we are advertising in our web site, in which case careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be made. This is a standard practice used by florists worldwide. We always strive to maintain the value and integrity of the item chosen. Note that roses will never be substituted with other flowers or floral products.

 

Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 12pm in the recipients time zone can be delivered the same day (if so requested). Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day. Please see Flower Delivery area for more information about our Floral Delivery Service.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or already delivered, we are unable to cancel your order. Please call us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate you.
