Je commande à l'occasion chez Terrafolia. J'ai commandé un bouquet de 12 roses de couleur Pastel pour la St-Valentin. Non seulement les prix sont devenus exorbitants, il n'y avait que 9 roses et non 12 tel qu'affiché et elles sont toutes de la même couleur et non Pastel tel qu'affiché. Je trouve cela de la fausse représentation. J'avais déjà commandé des bouquets qui ressemblaient bien aux photos indiquées sur le site mais cette fois-ci, je suis vraiment déçu! Dommage pour le prix. J'ai essayé de téléphoner mais sans réponse. Je peux comprendre qu'un 14 février est une grosse journée. En espérant un retour de votre part. Brian *EDIT* Après avoir communiqué par courriel avec Terrafolia, ces derniers m’ont contacté pour un petit dédommagement. Ce qui est apprécié considérant que ce n’est pas eux mais un autre fleuriste associé qui a fait l’erreur pour la livraison dans mon secteur. Merci à Elle pour son professionnalisme.

We ordered the sympathy heart wreath online for a funeral, and when I called in to check some details, I was bummed to learn that the heart wasn't available. However, the gentleman informed me that they would do a circle wreath that would look as much like the photo as possible. The arrangement turned out even more beautiful than I'd expected. The flowers were so colourful and fresh. They just radiated serenity and love - a true reflection of our beloved deceased person. The ribbon and card were also done perfectly. We couldn't be at the funeral in person, but seeing our wreath at the site through photos on such an important day made us feel like we were part of such a monumental moment. Thank you for such a fine quality product, for delivering on time, and to the gentleman on the phone, for fixing little details for me. Today, your flower shop has brought warmth to many.

We live in Boston (originally from Montreal) and whenever we are able to return "home" we buy flowers for our mothers at Terrafolia. With the past 2 years of Covid, travel back has been very difficult and we have had to call in orders for multiple occasions (sometimes very last minute). The staff always takes my phone calls to discuss the bouquet (even if they sound busy) and prepare beautiful arrangements. Thank you

Update: Got a floral arrangement upgrade, which is nice and looks pretty. Per staff, driver had a flat tire. I called at 12:15 EST to check if flowers can be delivered on the same day. I was reassured by the staff that it can and they suggested to place the order ASAP. I have already entered all the info in the order before calling and just wanted to have it confirmed that flowers will arrive the same day. That didn’t happen. Just found out my order wasn’t even sent out yet. This is pretty disappointing considering the fact that I have been ordering flowers from these guys since 2018.
